Shiba Inu (SHIB) can now  pay for monthly Netflix and Spotify  subscriptions thanks to a payment gateway from NOWPayments the recurring billing tool. Companies that also offer subscription services can now allow their customers to pay for subscriptions in SHIB using the tool.

Individuals or businesses can also take advantage of NOWpayments' recurring maintenance fees, which allow them to create separate checking accounts for users or customers and fund those accounts with the cryptocurrency of their choice.

The use cases for SHIB payments are constantly growing, from car dealers accepting SHIB to the entire meta version that Shiba Inu is actively developing.

U.Today reported that through a partnership between Exclusive Automotive Group (EAG) and BitPay, SHIB owners can use their assets to buy luxury cars, including popular car brands Aston Martin, Bentley, Koenigsegg hypercars and Karma Automotive.
However, the current use cases are not enough to satisfy the needs of SHIB owners and more companies still need to integrate SHIB payments.

 SHIB burn rate jumps 68%

According to the SHIB burn website,  Shiba Inu's burn rate has increased by 68% as millions of SHIB coins are sent to dead wallets. More than 22,$65,336 SHIB tokens were burned and eight transactions were made in the last 24hours.

At the time of writing, SHIB traded up 3.8% to $0.0000079, in line with the general decline in the crypto market. Anticipation continues as users look forward to Shibarium's debut  in 2023,  with lead developer Shiba Inu announcing the release of the Layer 2 solution  "soon."
